NEED EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Maintenance Mechanic. Ability to work as a team member to maintain the buildings, grounds, and common areas in the best condition. Knowledge of building maintenance processes and grounds upkeep is required. Prefer experience in all phases of apartment maintenance with general knowledge of tools and common appliances.  Must be able to relate to the public and be bondable.  Certified or licensed in electrical, plumbing, and heating/air conditioning is a plus. Requires at least two years of business or apartment maintenance experience.  Must possess a valid N. C. Driver's License. Must pass a drug test. Salary based on experience.

Positions available are full-time and part-time; good opportunity for retirees experienced in maintenance services.
