Resident Services

The Resident Service Program is a granted funded program through HUD that focuses on housing and economic self-sufficiency for public housing tenants.

The goal of economic self-sufficiency is to help tenants overcome obstacles that are limiting their ability to have a livable wage. The Resident Service Coordinator will work with HCV and Public Housing families and the elderly to assist the residents in meeting their self-sufficiency and personal goals, by providing social, instructional, homeownership counseling, employment assistance and educational classes.
