Resident Services

The Resident Service (ROSS) program is a granted funded program through HUD that focuses on housing and economic self-sufficiency for public housing tenants.

The goal of economic self-sufficiency is to help tenants overcome obstacles that are limiting their ability to have a livable wage. The Resident Service Coordinator will work with HCV and Public Housing families and the elderly to assist the residents in meeting their self-sufficiency and personal goals, by providing social, instructional, homeownership counseling, employment assistance and educational classes.

Public Housing and HCV tenants that are interested in Resident Service (ROSS) program may call Shekiha Reid at 252.792.7571 ext. 307.
